Whether you prefer one-on-one sessions, group workouts, or training with some friends. We make it easy for you to stay committed to your training, no matter your schedule. At AP Athletics, we are here to help you grow, perform, and succeed in a way that works for you.

ONE ON ONE

One on One is the length of an hour. It will consist of Individualized attention, personalized training plans and crafted workouts to benefit the athletes position.

GROUP SESSIONS

Group Sessions consist of 5-10 athletes. Whether you bring your crew or join in with other ballers.

CLINICS

Clinics are personalized and performed by age groups. Other experienced coaches will help to lead a two hour session for each clinic.
